PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH GDPR AND ZVOP-2
GDPR sets forth circumstances and conditions for the processing and protection of personal data. On 15 December 2022 Republic Slovenia adopted the new Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2) which complements GDPR and allows for the sentencing of organizations for offences with up to EUR 20,000,000.00 or 4% of the total global annual turnover.
